Linda Layer, P.E. (Director of Engineering) (Linda@InLandDesign.net)
A licensed P.E. in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, Linda has over 38 years of extensive land development experience in the private and public sectors in Pennsylvania and New England. Linda’s worked in the planning, transportation, environmental, land development and surveying fields. In 1984, she earned her Associates degree in Applied Technology from Delaware County Community College. She is a graduate of Roger Williams University, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Minor in Mechanical Engineering (1991). Finally, Linda earned her Master of Arts in Teaching in 2012. Linda also served 3 years as an Upper Uwchlan Planning Commission Member.
Linda’s expertise includes civil land planning and infrastructure engineering as well as sustainable stormwater design and environmental permitting for residential, institutional, industrial, and commercial developments.
Born and raised in Chester County, PA, Linda lives with her son in West Chester, PA.
