David (Dave) Nester brings 28 years of CAD experience to InLand Design.  After graduating from Lincoln Technical Institute with an associate degree, he began his career at Nave Newell, Inc.  While there he served as the Lead Civil Technician and oversaw the CAD standards and CAD training.  While primarily in the Civil department, he also assisted the Land Planning and Survey departments.

Dave has worked on several major projects in the private, public, residential, institutional, and commercial sectors offering his drafting and design expertise in roadway design, site design, site/lot grading, building permit plans, Declaration and HOA plans, Survey as-built plans, Survey base plan (in-house) detailing and laser scanning processing, among others.  A few of these projects/clients include King of Prussia Mall (Connector), Villanova University, Dilworth Plaza, Odessa National Golf Club, Upland Square, Devereaux, High Associates, Saint-Gobain, Prologis (formerly Duke Realty), National Lands Trust, Turkey Hill, Wawa, Ryan Homes, Amtrak, SEPTA and PATCO.

Dave currently lives in Hatfield, PA with his daughter, Paige.
